The PT-HDBT-230-RX is a professional 18G HDBaseT receiver engineered for reliable 4K and 1080p video transmission across extended distances in AV installations such as meeting rooms, control spaces, and digital signage. Utilising a single Cat.x cable, the unit supports HDMI 2.0, HDR, and advanced audio management including ARC and audio de-embedding. Integrated Power over Cable (PoC) minimises power supply requirements, while bidirectional IR and RS232 pass-through facilitate unified control. Smart EDID management and CEC pass-through enhance compatibility with diverse display and source hardware.

• 18Gbps 4K HDR Video Support: This receiver supports HDMI 2.0 signals with bandwidth up to 18Gbps, enabling uncompressed 4K (60Hz 4:4:4) and HDR video transmission. The design ensures compatibility with high-resolution sources and displays, maintaining signal quality in professional AV environments.

• Extended Transmission Distances: Capable of transmitting 4K video up to 70 metres and 1080p up to 100 metres over a single Cat.x cable, the unit is suitable for large meeting rooms, signage, and hybrid workspaces where long cable runs are required without signal degradation.
