VL-VB300 – Integrated 4K Videobar System: Unified AV Capture and Collaboration for Hybrid Workspaces
The VL-VB300 combines a wide-angle 4K camera, multi-microphone array, stereo loudspeakers, and AV switching within a single enclosure, supporting streamlined installation in meeting rooms, huddle spaces, and hybrid collaboration environments. The unit’s integrated AV hub allows both cabled and wireless content sharing, while advanced audio processing ensures clarity for all participants. Flexible control via web GUI, remote, or built-in wireless access point (WAP) facilitates deployment and management across diverse UC platforms. This design minimises cable requirements and supports seamless interoperability with major conferencing applications.

• Wide-Angle 4K Camera System: The integrated camera provides 4K resolution with a 120° field of view, supporting auto framing and intelligent speaker or presenter tracking. These features enable dynamic video capture of participants, ensuring optimal framing and focus in both small and medium-sized meeting spaces.

• MEMS Microphone Array with DSP: Four MEMS microphones offer a pickup range of 5–8 metres and a 180° coverage angle. Built-in acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), automatic gain control (AGC), and automatic noise suppression (ANS) facilitate full-duplex communication, maintaining intelligibility and reducing environmental noise during hybrid meetings.

• Stereo Speakers with HiFi Bass Enhancement: Two 5W full-range stereo speakers, combined with a passive radiator, deliver HiFi-quality audio. This configuration supports clear speech reproduction and enhanced bass response, suitable for both voice and multimedia playback in collaborative AV environments.

• Flexible Content Presentation Options: The system enables content sharing via USB-C (with Power Delivery), HDMI, and wireless protocols including AirPlay, Miracast, and an optional streaming dongle. Split-screen mode with LIFO auto-switching allows simultaneous display of multiple sources, supporting varied presentation workflows.

• Comprehensive UC Compatibility and Control: Plug-and-play interoperability with major UC applications is supported, including Zoom, Teams, and Webex. Users may control the unit via web GUI, remote control, or the integrated WAP, facilitating configuration and operation in dynamic AV deployments.
