VL-MIC110 – MEMS Microphone Array: Multi-Unit Cascading for AV Conferencing
The VL-MIC110 utilises a quad array of MEMS omnidirectional microphones, engineered for consistent voice capture within a 3 to 5 metre radius. Designed for integration with the VL-VB300 system, the unit connects via standard Cat cable using supplied extension dongles, supporting flexible placement in meeting rooms, huddle spaces, or control environments. The architecture accommodates cascading of up to three microphone units, enabling scalable coverage for larger or irregularly shaped spaces. Integrated signal processing features, including acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), automatic gain control (AGC), and active noise suppression (ANS), facilitate clear, full duplex audio transmission in professional AV installations.
