2. Purpose of Processing of Personal Data:
Use of your Email Address for Direct Mailing (Newsletter)
Insofar as you have agreed and have not withdrawn you consent, we use your e-mail address which we have obtained in connection with your consent to receiving a newsletter, or the sale of a good or services, for the electronic transmission of advertising for own goods or services that are similar to those you already have purchased from us.
3. Recipient of Data:
Your data will be collected exclusively for business purposes and solely be processed internally. A transfer to third parties will not be made without your prior express consent. Excluded from this are only our service partners needed for processing the contractual relationship. In these cases, we strictly comply with the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act. The extent of data transmission will be limited to a minimum.
4. Lawfulness of Processing:
The Legal Basis for data processing is Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR.
5. Storage Period:
We will use your email address for the purpose of Direct Mailing either - As long as the purpose will not lapse from our company’s side; or
- As long as you did not withdraw your consent,
whichever comes first.
6. Withdrawal of Consent:
The consent can be withdrawn at any time and will be effective for the future. The revocation will not cause any disadvantages. You may recant the use of your e-mail address by us at any time by notifying us.
